Help Fulfill Bernice Porter's Final Wish

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bernice Porter. On September 5, 2024, our beloved friend was called home after battling with lung and kidney cancer.

Born on April 26, 1954, Bernice was raised in Norfolk, VA. She was a strong, independent, hard-working women who was always there for others. Not only that, but she was also a great friend, mother, grandmother, aunt, and so much more for so many people. It saddens us that the world lost such a beautiful soul, but our family has gained a guardian angel.

During this troubling time, we have discovered that her life insurance policy will not cover all the expenses to allow everyone to say goodbye properly and lay her to rest. Bernice wished to be cremated, and we are asking that find it in your hearts to donate anything you can to help make her wishes come true.
