Help Fulfill Cal Ravenscroft's Final Wish
Donation protected
My name is Joetta Ravenscroft. My husband, Gary (aka Cal, Cowboy) Ravenscroft is still in the Madera Hospice House in Stuart, FL. He has been there for a few days receiving end of life care. I posted this page to try and raise funds to help pay for his cremation. His wish was to be cremated and his ashes along with his twin brothers (Larry (Peep) Ravenscroft) ashes to be tossed in the water at the House of Refuge in Stuart, FL. This was the last place that they painted together before his brother passed in 2008. Please help me fulfill his wish.
Cal grew up in Keyser, WV, he was the son of Lester (Foxy) and Cleutus (Polly) Urice Ravenscroft. He was preceded in death by his brothers (Omas (Butch), Terry (Boomer), Larry (Peep), and sisters Stacey, and Vonda, and his daughter, Amy Jo Ravenscroft. Even though he lived in Florida for the past 37 years, he always had a place in his heart for West Virginia. He is survived by his son, Jason Ravenscroft of Stuart, FL, and his grandchildren, Jocelyn and Anthony Ravenscroft of Keyser. He is also survived by his sisters Linda Wilson, Pam Ravenscroft, and brother Rick Ravenscroft, and several nieces and nephews.
Cal was a self-employed painter and was very proud of his work.
