Help fund a Covid19 memorial in Enfield

To everyone living in the Borough of Enfield,

Edmonton Green Shopping Centre is organising this fundraising appeal on behalf of the Enfield Living Memorial Steering Group. 

 

The Enfield Living Memorial project aims to create a living tribute for those lost locally during the coronavirus pandemic. It will mark the collective loss and bereavement of the people of Enfield with a glade of trees in the shape of a heart, an emblematic fire sculpture and then permanent sculpture made in the shape of a phoenix.

 

The completed memorial will create a place for personal and collective reflection for everyone who visits the site. It aims to create a way to acknowledge loss and grief during one of the most traumatic events of our collective generation.
