Help Fund a Friend's MS Treatment Path

I'm a childhood friend looking to help a buddy through a Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis. As you can imagine, it can break a person's whole life. I would like to seek him some funds for alternative treatments through acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage, and cupping. Any other ideas are very much welcome.
