In an era marked by increasing social isolation, aging populations, and rising healthcare challenges, vulnerable individuals face heightened risks related to personal safety and connection. Many live alone or lack immediate access to support networks, leaving them susceptible to emergencies without timely assistance. Existing solutions often require complex systems or additional hardware, limiting accessibility and contributing to environmental impact.

My name is Stephanie, and I am a nurse from regional Victoria with over 10 years' experience in the health industry. As a critical care nurse, my primary focus is providing quality care to some of the regions sickest patients. Driven by the desire to make a positive impact on their lives, I regularly contemplate innovative ways to enhance their well-being.

That's why I created KeepSafe, an app that enhances safety and strengthens connections through check-in and emergency alert features. I believe KeepSafe can help over a billion people live safer, more empowered lives.
