Help Fund David's Tuition

Hello, my name is David, I'm 17 years old, I'm from Ukraine, and I am raising money to make my dream of going to college for music come true.

My house in Ukraine in the city of Mariupol was destroyed, and my family lost everything it had, but we are still trying out hardest to help our home country, with my father being a military priest and us participating in charity work with refugees regularly.

Now, after two years of hard work, I have been accepted into my dream college, Berklee College Of Music, but my family's financial situation will not allow me to cover the cost of tuition on my own, and due to our status here in the USA and the short duration of our stay here, we will not be able to obtain a loan for the required amount without the necessary credit history.

Getting into this school came with hard work and effort. Since I was a child, I dreamed of making music professionally and diligently achieved what I wanted, despite the fact that many teachers refused to study with me, believing that I had no talent. The hours of work paid off and at the age of 14 I graduated from music school under an intensive program. I have participated in many solo and group performance, as well as having made my first self-recorded song. Even though I have struggled with dyslexia since childhood and was homeschooled because of it, here in the states I put all my effort into my final years of school and managed to secure a place at one of the most prestigious universities in the field, but I am unable to attend unless I secure enough funds to pay the tuition.

I believe that music bypasses the consciousness and feeds straight into the soul, and through this belief, music has had a great influence on me as a person and I dream of creating music that will give people hope, bring them joy, and help them overcome their difficulties as it helped me overcome mine. I know that music is a language that everyone understands and I want to tell the whole world about love, faith, and freedom; for this, I need your help!
