Hi, my name is Gwen, I am a 25 year old Transgender woman living in Philadelphia. I am an unlicensed social worker living in Philadelphia and will be undergoing a gender-affirming Breast Augmentation on February 10th, 2023. I will be taking a significant amount of time off work and will need help covering the expenses for surgery, recovery, and also buying myself new clothes and bras after surgery.
