Help fund Public Service season 4!

Peace family! We hope this finds each & everyone of you well. We are so grateful to see that the weather’s FINALLY gettin

a bit warmer & that only means one thing: Public Service is almost here!

We sooooo can’t wait to be back together with you all again outdoors under the sun. As we gear up for our 4th season of Public Service, we need your help in raising funds to help us cover the considerable costs of putting this season’s 6 Services together (May-Sept with Detroit/Movement weekend too!).

As some of you may or may not know, Public Service is put together by us on a donation only basis. All costs come out of our pockets.

Your financial support will help us cover Karlala Soundsystem’s expenses as well as the labor required to setup & breakdown his soundsystem every Public Service. It will also help us cover

the costs of the permits required by the city to legally put each Service together.

Public Service is for the people, by the people, for that reason we don’t take asking for donations from you

lightly given the current economic issues facing this country & what it takes to survive in NYC; but it’s precisely for that reason we are asking for help because we cannot put Public Service

together this summer without facing considerable financial hardship ourselves.

Public Service is a 100% labor of love by people who treasure New York City & recognize

wholeheartedly what it has given us since this city became our respective home. By helping us,

you are also helping put Public Service together. By the people, for the people & for that we

thank & appreciate you immensely.
