Siera Nicole Gonzales, age 32, earned her angel wings on July 1, 2024 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. Hello, my name is Arlene Butler-Forte and I'm the mother of Siera. She was taken from us suddenly due to tragic circumstances. It's a devastating pain for any mother to lose one of their children, but as a mother of six, it wounds me so deeply. Siera was very energetic and fun-loving, her smile and her heart were loved by all who knew her and will not be forgotten. I had just returned home on June 1, 2024, after a major healthcare crisis out of state that I had battled for a whole year, so I was so excited to be able to reconnect with Siera and the rest of my family in Fayetteville, NC. This all happened so suddenly for all of us, as I am currently seeking employment. Due to the circumstances of her death, the family has to wait for her body to be released from the medical examiner's office, so the funeral date will be announced in the upcoming days. We hope that we can provide monetary assistance to help with funeral arrangements. Please help us raise the money to pay for her final farewell during this very painful time.
