Help fund this years Mayor Election.

The time has come to change our community. I have officially signed up to campaign against Ram Gomez for Mayor of Aransas Pass.

My goals for this election:

1. I suggest we mandate term limits.

• A new council could put this into effect.

2. I suggest championing a recall petition process that only requires 10% of the voters to sign, then forcing a special election.

• A new council could put this into effect.

• If citizens are displeased with an official’s performance, we have a way of removing them.

• Then we can hold the newly elected candidate to our standards.

3. I wish to see our community thrive and local owned business to prosper.

• Promote local.

• Allow new locally owned business to develop.

• Keep our tax dollar here, with our people.

• Clean our town up.

4. We pay taxes for roads; it is about time that money went towards revamping them.

• We pay dues and get grants for roads. I intend to find out where and why our roads are not properly cared for.

5. Sports that I grew up with, such as soccer, football, and baseball for our youths should be brought back.

• Our fields need some tender loving care.

• We need an output for our youth, less phone time, and sports solve both problems.

• We all need more family, friends, and neighbor time, no better way than a good youth game.

• I recall we had some of the best youth teams.

• Examples -Red legs baseball, Cosmos soccer team, Panthers youth football. We can build these programs again.
