Help funeral cost-Robert Delgado shot by police

Robert Douglas Delgado, 46, was shot and killed Friday morning 4/16/21 at Lents Park by a police officer in Portland, Oregon. His life mattered! 

We are deeply saddened by the sudden loss of Bobby who meant the world to so many.  He was a beloved Son, Brother, Father of four, Nephew, Cousin and new Grandpa. He will be deeply missed. 

This horrific tragedy has left his family, friends and the community devastated and outraged over the direct actions of the Portland police bureau. He was NOT a threat. They neglected to render aid immediately after they shot him with rubber bullets and live ammo at the same time. With use of deadly force and failure to give care, Bobby was left on the ground to bleed out with all disregard for his life. Still no answers why they chose to shoot from 90ft away. They did not try to talk to him to deescalate the situation. A police officer arrived and said he didn’t see a gun in his hand. Only four minutes later around 9:30am shots were fired.  

We would love to give him a proper funeral in Las Vegas, Nv where his grandparents and father are buried with your help. This money will help with the cost of flying his body there. Funeral expenses And also help with expenses to fly his family out there to say their proper goodbyes. Case is still under investigation.
