Help Gabriel with his Surgery & PhyTherapy

First of all I want to thank everyone who has helped me throughout this set back. Going through a knee dislocation and following with a complete tear in my ACL (anterior Cruciate ligament) has been a tough road but I have learned to always think positive for what we believe are misfortunes. 

We together have gathered enough to cover the surgery that will book out at about $4,000 USD. 

This surgery process will be Inserting a camera into my knee to review my current damage around the joint. Then two tendons will be torn from my hamstring that will be made into my new ACL GRAFT by being braided together. The surgeon will go in and remove my current (non functional) ACL and remove it along with inspecting any further damage. Two holes will be drilled in my bones (Femoral and Tibia bone) the new ACL Graft will be anchored in channeling through the core of my knee to recreate an ACL from my braided tendons. Bolted down on both ends. 

I will be follow up with Physical Therapy for the oncoming months post surgery. Although funds for Surgery Procedure are made, there is still plenty of more investment to be made after Surgery to get the right therapy in order to have a full and safe recovery.
