Help Galadriel Smile Again with New Dentures

I have friend I am going to call Galadriel because she is seriously into The Lord of the Rings. She is smart, funny, caring, hard-working, and fiercely independent… loves her grandchildren and collecting fun quirky antiques.

I have been inspired watching her work hard to overcome some serious personal challenges over the last year or so, often going without in her commitment to be self-sufficient.

Galadriel is in urgent need of new dentures. She has a job (though it doesn’t pay very well), and insurance… but that insurance only covers $750 of the $3500 she needs. She really is just scraping by right now and has no other resources to make this happen.

She could save up for a couple of years… but can you imagine going without being able to chew food for that long? Let alone deal with what it does to your smile, especially considering you have a job that requires daily interaction with the public?!

She came to me, looking for ideas… and then agreed to have her story told on Go Fund Me, if she could remain anonymous, due to some legit personal concerns about privacy. So, I’m asking my friends – and their friends – to see if they can throw a few dollars in the direction of this very worthy cause and very worthy human… trusting that A) I wouldn’t ask if it wasn’t an urgent need, and B) You'll have to trust me on this, because protecting her privacy is important. Galadriel only needs $2750 to make it happen. Whaddaya say?
