Help Galia get an MRI

My friend Cindy recently found her dog Galia unable to walk or use her hind legs. She doesn't know the reason and is unable to afford an MRI for her as she doesn't have pet insurance. She also might need to get surgery which would be an added cost! Any help would be greatly appreciated so we can know what's wrong and help Galia get better!

Edit: She very likely has intervertebral disc disease (IVDD) and that right now she has the best prognosis to walk again if things are figured out in a timely manner! That's why we need the MRI asap!
