Help Gallery of Jewels Recover

Donation protected
In the early morning hours of Labor Day 9/6, unknown assailants crashed a vehicle into the gated window of our beloved store that has been a Noe Valley shopping staple for the past 30+ years, with the intent of stealing our inventory. At this time it is unknown how much was taken and the damages to the store itself are still being assessed. Because of the extent of the damage as shown in the photo above, we are unable to get inside and the gallery has been deemed unsafe and hazardous by the city of San Francisco.

This unfathomable event comes just a year after two horrible break-ins during the quarantine period of the Covid-19 virus. Those events combined with mandatory closures and the mass loss of business we endured throughout 2020 have put us in an insurmountable amount of debt. To say that our business is struggling would be an understatement.

We are now asking our loyal community of customers and neighbors to pull together and donate anything that you can to help us get back on our feet. We would love to continue to be able to represent our artists and provide a beautiful and safe space for patrons to shop in. It is going to take a lot of blood, sweat, and tears to keep our gallery afloat, but we are ready and dedicated to putting in the work needed to make this place beautiful again.

Please help us rebuild our business so that we can continue to be a source of joy and positivity on 24th street. We are determined not to allow the senseless acts of others to break our spirits and deter our mission of highlighting such talented jewelry artisans.
