Got Gunned Down on October 18, 2024 by APD Officer's while being Hand Cuffed for 45 minutes behind the back seat of the squad Car at the TEWA Lodge in Albuquerque NM.

For Our Family that was One of the Ugliest, Saddest Days of Our Lives

for the Garcia' Family. His wife Bianca Chavez-Garcia lost her Job during this Time. He's kids Matthew Garcia II he's 12 and Azul Diamond Chavez-Garcia 9 are having a hard time focusing. Their Days and Nights are filled with what they did to their Father. Broken Dreams . Ruined Holidays.
