Help Garcia's Hotdog Stand Get a Food Truck

Garcia’s Hotdog Stand…..Some people call it just a hotdog. I call it a way of life.
About 32 yrs ago I started with a dream…..A dream of having my own business selling hotdogs. Today that dream is a reality, thanks to my faithful customers. However, that reality(my dream) is being threatened by the new laws that are coming into affect next year.
Today I received a phone call telling me that some of the toppings I offer on my hotdog stand today can no longer be served, as of next year unless I can acquire (purchase) a food truck. Can you imagine one of my famous Garcia hot dogs with no onions, tomatoes, cheese or lettuce!! I tried to explain my situation , that I only sell hot dogs but a law is a law.
For 14 years I have been in Indianapolis serving people hotdogs on the Eastside. I’ve had numerous newspaper articles published about the small business I run and the asset I am to the community on the Eastside. I’ve been on the cover of a magazine and Several TV news anchors have told my story on TV as well. I’m not bragging but I love my business, I love my customers and I’d like to continue to serve the Eastside but I’m going to need YOUR help and support.
You’ve heard the ole saying every dollar counts and I believe this is true. If all my faithful customers (who would like to see Garcia’s hotdogs continue to serve the Eastside) would donate even a $1, $5, or $10 to help me try to secure a food truck…. I could continue serving the Eastside while keeping my dream alive.
Please if you can help with any amount I’d be grateful. I use Garcia’s Hotdog Stand (my small business) as a way to support my little family and I’d like to continue being self supportive with YOUR help.
The cost of a used food truck that would pass Board of Health Inspections runs roughly 25,000. If you know of a good, used food truck or have a lead that would help me secure one I’d love to hear your ideas.
