Miami Intensive Fundraiser

Hello!

 

I was recently notified of my acceptance into Miami City Ballet's Spring Intensive, Summer Intensive, and Choreographic intensive with a 100% Tuition Scholarship! Miami City Ballet is one of the Top Ballet Schools in the United States and to be invited to these programs is an honor and something I can't pass up! Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the spring Intensive because of the overlap with PNB's productions, but I am looking forward to The Summer and Choreographic Intensives!

 

 

The Summer intensive Is a 5-week intensive from June 27th- July 29th for serious Ballet students who have a passion for dance and are ready to take their aspiring dreams of becoming a professional Ballet dancer to the next level! My Day would consist of Technique classes, Men's Variation classes, Partnering classes, contemporary classes, and pilate classes. This gives me an amazing opportunity to not only strengthen my Physical/Technical abilities but take my artistry as a Male Ballet dancer to a professional level!

 

 

The Choreographic intensive starting (August 1st-August 12th) is a unique 2-week Summer program where a select group of students have the opportunity to work with new and emerging guest choreographers. Our day will start with a daily technique class with MCB faculty, followed by a full day of rehearsals with the choreographers. The program finishes with a performance to premiere the new pieces!

 

I'm raising donations to help pay for my Housing/Plane ticket to Miami. Im working part time to support myself for the remainder of this year at pacific North West ballet so I am unable to contribute what I have for housing and plane fares. All donations made will go directly to Housing for the 5-week summer intensive ($2,500) and Housing for the 2-week Choreographic intensive ($1,150), And my plane ticket to the school, and back home when the intensive ends.
