Help Gary “Bit” Stanton

Hi. My name is Gary Stanton Jr. Proud son of Gary “Bit” Stanton. My Dad, husband, father of 2, and grandfather of 4, is currently battling lung cancer along with several other health issues. The past few weeks have been abrupt followed by a wealth of information from the Doctors at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford MS. But we’re moving along and sticking together through it all. Dad is the toughest human that has ever lived. None the less, this illness is very taxing and has caused him to miss work for quite some time and it’s unclear when he will return. This is a 67 year old man who still waxes the garbage truck that he drives. My Mom as well has missed many days due to caring for Dad. If I could fix it all, I surely would. But hopefully we can help relieve some stress and a little worry during this trying time.

That being said, many of you have reached out offering to help in any way possible and many already have in so many ways. And for that, we love you and thank you.

I understand money isn’t always plentiful. And by all means, don’t burden yourself or feel guilty if you can’t.
