Help Gary Rebuild After 23 Years Wrongfully Incarcerated

Donation protected
On April 10, 2002, Victor Vulcain was shot and killed in broad daylight in Brooklyn, NY. There were several witnesses, each of whom provided versions of events to police that stood in conflict with the other witnesses; not even their descriptions of the shooter matched. No murder weapon was ever recovered, and no DNA evidence ever connected Gary to the murder. Yet and still, Gary was convicted and sentenced to 25 years to life.

While incarcerated Gary obtained multiple degrees of higher learning and was a leader of programs which he helped create to reduce violence and positively impact children of incarcerated parents.

After 23 years wrongfully incarcerated Gary is finally coming home. As you can imagine he will need everything. This fundraiser is to help Gary obtain the basics he needs to survive and help him with re-entry into the life he never should have lost.
