Help Gary Recover from an Accident

On Wednesday, November 3, 2021, my dear friend Gary was involved in a tree trimming accident that shattered his pelvis, ruptured his bladder and fractured his neck. His wonderful wife, Natalie was able to stay with some friends close to the hospital while he underwent emergency surgery to repair the bladder and a second surgery to place screws in his pelvis. Natalie’s family was able to come to town to help watch their delightful and inquisitive son. But this has been terribly hard for all of them. Gary is one of the kindest souls I have met. He is always willing to help others and I have never seen him be still. He was sent home from the hospital on Saturday, November 13th, but will require some in-home care and follow-up appointments and procedures.
