Atta and I have in communication with their admin since Nov. 4, 2024. After months of back and forth with no less than four different customer support specialists who asked me to answer the same questions over and over again, they've now ignored 3 emails requesting I speak with a supervisor. It's been 6 weeks since I've received a response. They have not communicated any verdict or decision. They're just ignoring me and Atta after pocketing $853 in fees and the frozen $1,233.50 in donations.
I'm a Palestinian-American living in Los Angeles. I'm raising funds for found family, a proud Palestinian who is one of the 2.2 million displaced people in Gaza. He is a young father, who just welcomed a baby into this world. All he wants is to give his child a future filled with laughter, love, comfort, and security in a free Palestine.
Gaza is the world's largest-ever concentration camp with no food, water, fuel, or medical supplies allowed in. Humanitarian aid is blocked. We don't know when the big charities will be allowed in. Gazans rightly feel that the world has turned its backs on them; has denied their humanity.
He tells me that everything is 5x as expensive as usual right now; and that his family is exposed to war from the merchants on one side and the occupation on the other. Still, any money affords him a chance to buy whatever food, water, infant formula and medicine is left.
Because he's received death threats from Z!onist settlers, we cannot even share his full name or photos of him and his family. The situation is extremely dire. Since he doesn't have a social security number, I receive the money directly and PayPal it to him when the sum reaches around $800.

- Champion the cause. Bear witness to Isr@el's crimes against humanity; to Gazan grief. Amplify Palestinian voices. Talk to your friends and family. Be fearless for Palestine.
