Help Gazan Family, Himdan - Basic Needs Assistance

Hi, my name is Mia Moon and I am assisting in raising money for my dear friend and his family (Himdan Family) with surviving in their current conditions in Gaza. He and I have been speaking every single day since late October, he sends me photos and videos on a daily basis of him, his family, and their living conditions.

The Himdan family is originally from Khan Yunis, but have been displaced to the southern most city in the Gaza Strip, Rafah, where over 1.6 million Palestinians have been also displaced. 70% of the population in Gaza is starving due to Israels blockade of aid, and when aid does arrive, the IOF opens fire on Palestinians. 10 children are undergoing amputations a day, without anesthetic. The IOF is targeting hospitals filled with displaced people seeking refuge, assaulting women in front of her family members, and executing medical staff. These are all war crimes.

All members of his family (parents, grandparents, aunts/uncles, siblings and children) are all currently sleeping in one single tent and eating roughly one small meal a day, inshallah. Their access to food, clean water, shelter, medicine, internet and more, are all extremely scarce and expensive.

Your donation would aid the Himdan family to afford food, water, diapers, e-sim packages, as well as a tent or two for better, less crowded sleeping/living conditions.

Please remember the lives at risk are real, precious lives; they are people just like you and I, with interests, dislikes, hopes and dreams. Geographic birthplace/location does not and should not determine a humans worthiness to exist with dignity on this Earth.

For fellow Americans, our professed beliefs in freedom as a country, or love and protection for all under the name of God, should extend to ALL human beings on this planet.

UPDATE: Per my friends request, we are raising the fundraiser goal to $25,000. This will help stabilize their finances to afford the necessities of survival for the foreseeable future.
