Help Gemechu Tadesse fight mental illness

This fundraising is to help Gemechu Tadesse, AAU Class of 2000 MEng. 

Below is the testimony of Gemechu’s situation from  Abiyot  Lakew who has discussed the matter with Gemechu and others and posted on Telegram group. 

“... Gemechu Tadesse MEng 2000, who is idle   and in a bad conditions for more than a decade due to mental illness.

As I have communicated with his brothers Hailu and Dechasa about his status via phone, I realized that he didn’t get continuous follow up by psychiatrists for the last many years except one time treatment around Torhiloch in Addis.

As I have discussed with some of you, he is badly in need of our support to bring him back to normal by facilitating medication and rehabilitation.

This is, therefore, to invite you all to discuss on the matter and come up with possible Solutions in support of him.

He is now living with his parents in Guder.”
