Last year, Genesis provided safety and support to 3,700 women seeking asylum in their shelters and apartments, and every day, they continue to transform lives. Our Shield Her Future campaign aims to raise $500 for Genesis Women’s Shelter, enough to fully fund life-saving civil legal services for one woman. These services, provided by Genesis’ compassionate, trauma-informed legal team, give women the tools they need to secure protective orders, gain custody of their children, and navigate a legal system that may have previously felt impossible to conquer. By empowering women with these resources, we’re not only protecting them but giving them the strength to stand tall and reclaim their futures!
