Help George Smit's family with medical expenses

After a challenging journey with rectal cancer, George Smit passed away on October 30, 2022. He was diagnosed in January 2019 and underwent radiation and chemotherapy treatments off and on since that time. He received excellent care from the oncology department at UNC/Rex Hospital. As Heather and Sonja settle his affairs, many medical bills must be addressed. Any donations you want to make will help to offset the balance of the superb but costly medical care he received.
