Help Georgia and Mike Recover from Eaton Fire in Altadena

The absolute best beings I know, Georgia, Mike, their 2.5-year-old daughter Dolly, dog Lucy, and baby on the way have lost their home, car, and everything they own to the Eaton Fire in Altadena California. They are expecting the new addition to their family to arrive in only a few months.

Mike and Georgia Bernstein evacuated due to a planned power outage before the fires were on anyones radar and never thought their home would be destroyed by the largest and most devastating fires Los Angeles County has ever seen. They left with their family and three days worth of clothing, expecting to be back in two days when their power was turned back on.

This home was a sanctuary they spent the last 5+ years fixing and making memories within. Georgia and Mike are both artists/creatives who often work from home, and have not only lost that home but also the technology and equipment they use in their professional life as an editor and director. This home was a true labor of love and nothing can replace the many sentimental items, morning views from their bedroom window, or the memories they've created in this home with their lovely daughter Dolly, but helping them replace everything they need care for themselves, their daughter, dog, and baby on the way will certainly help.

These funds will help them get what they need as they prepare to welcome the new addition to their family and create new memories as they begin to rebuild their safety, comfort, and sense of security.
