Help Georgianna Fight Cancer!
Donation protected
A few months ago my mother found a lump in her breast. The family was praying it was nothing, but after multiple tests she has been diagnosed with breast cancer. She will begin chemotherapy this month and has a long road ahead of her. The doctors are telling her that she will need 6 months or more of chemotherapy before they can perform surgery to remove the cancer. After surgery she will then have radiation and may possibly need to have reconstructive surgery. As a single mother of two she is already struggling to pay her bills due to multiple missed days of work.
She is kind, caring and more than understanding. She wouldn’t give up on anyone and she is always willing to go great lengths to please and help others. She has been through a lot in her life and she has the ability to take what life throws at her and make the best out of the situation.
The goal of this fund is to take the pressure of escalating medical costs off our mom the best we can so she can allow all her personal efforts to be focused on her treatment and fight.
The emotional and financial burden of surviving breast cancer is a challenge (to say the least) at any stage of life, but as a single parent at only 41 years old it somehow seems even more unfair. We try to keep everyone updated on my mother's progress. Any donation would be greatly appreciated.
