Rebuild Hope for Gerald & Trina Freeny After the Eaton Fire
Donation protected
In the early hours of January 8, 2025, the Eaton Fire tore through Altadena, California, leaving devastation in its wake. Tragically, our dear family friends Gerald and Trina Freeny lost their cherished home—a place that held a lifetime of memories and deep ties to the community.
Gerald Freeny, the first Black President of the Tournament of Roses and a Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. , has dedicated his life to serving others with integrity and leadership. Together, Gerald and Trina have been pillars of the Pasadena/Altadena community, always giving back and making a difference.
Now, they face the overwhelming challenge of rebuilding their lives from the ground up.
We’re asking for your support to help Gerald and Trina during this critical time to cover for unmet needs after FEMA and other benefits have been exhausted.
Let’s come together to give back to two incredible individuals who have given so much to others.
If you can’t donate, sharing this campaign with your network is just as valuable. Thank you for your generosity and kindness—it means the world to Gerald, Trina, and all of us who love them.
With heartfelt gratitude,
