Medical & Prosthetic leg for Joshua.
Donation protected
Joshua was born and raised in Wilmington, NC. and on May 26 he was in a horrific motorcycle accident. The extent of his injuries resulted in the lower part of his left leg being amputated. After nine incredibly life changing surgeries he's finally ready to come home. Joshua has recently been in transition back to Wilmington after moving away briefly for his former employer and is between jobs. Being a local of Wilmington has always given Joshua a sense of pride as he loves his hometown so he decided to move back home. Many locals would recognize Joshua from his younger days as a server at some of the finest restaurants in town while others may know him as a friendly neighbor always willing to lend a hand. Possibly you may have passed him on the bike trails in town or seen him on the beach enjoying a swim. His energy is unforgettable! We are asking for the community to please help us in supporting him both mentally and physically as he faces this road to recovery. He needs us to help him continue to live a healthy and athletic lifestyle. No one is ever completely prepared for this type of accident and so anything will help. We have always known our community to come together to show support and so anything anyone can donate or gift him is greatly appreciated! Thank you all.. God Bless
