Help get Carolyn Moore elected to Dublin City Council
Donation protected
My name is Carolyn Moore and for the last four years I’ve been privileged to serve as the Green Party’s Councillor for the Kimmage Rathmines area of Dublin. I was co-opted onto Dublin City Council following the general election in 2020, and since then I’ve been striving to keep green issues and values at the forefront of our work on the council.
For me that means fighting for sustainable development, quality green spaces, and safe, people-friendly streets. I believe in a city where basic quality of life issues come first; where we make space for nature in our urban environments and protect the cultural spaces that make our city unique. Our communities should be places where you can grow up and grow old, get around easily, and have the confidence to let your child walk to school. This is what I’m working to deliver for you, and I'd like to keep delivering on these priorities for the next five years.
If you share my values and my vision for our city you might like to support my campaign. Every little helps - €10 will pay for a poster, larger donations will go some way towards paying for the thousands of leaflets I'll need to deliver as I go door to door asking people for their vote.
Some points to be aware of when it comes to the laws around political donations in Ireland:
- I can only accept donations from Irish residents or Irish citizens living abroad.
- I cannot accept an anonymous donation of more than €100, so I will reach out to confirm your details if your donation is over €100.
- I cannot accept more than €1,000 from the same person in a calendar year.
- By donating, you confirm that you are an Irish resident or an Irish citizen living abroad and that you have not exceeded the maximum permissible donation of €2,500 to the Green Party this year.
