Help Get Emma to Fargo, ND! USMC 16U Nationals

Hi, my name is Emma Acampora I am a 15-year-old who started my wrestling journey about a year and a half ago. I am ecstatic to go to Fargo, North Dakota, and compete in the 2023 US Marine Corps Junior & 16U Nationals for USAWNJ Team NJ at 94 pounds.

Fargo Nationals is the 2023 USA Wrestling Junior and 16U National Championships held at the FargoDome in Fargo, North Dakota July 15-23 . It is THE National freestyle and greco roman wrestling tournament for ages 16u and Junior featuring the “best of the best” athletes from every state all across the United States !

I 'm grateful , honored and humbled to represent the State of NJ and USAWNJ TEAM NJ with the amazing opportunity to compete with the best girls in the Nation. Any donation is valued to help me GO to FARGO!

This fundraiser is not about just going to Fargo -it is about CHASING DREAMS . Wrestling is not just a sport- it is a passion and it is a lifestyle for me. Wrestling gave me hope and BELIEVED in me when I didn’t in myself.

I want to encourage others that you don't have to start your journey at a young age. Dreams can start at any age and be accomplished. A quote I use frequently to explain my wrestling is , “Work in silence; let success speak.” I have had a lot of doubters and obstacles paving this road. I have used them to make me stronger on my journey.. I hope I can inspire another person or wrestler to do the same by my efforts, hard work, and example.

Funds will be used for:

Plane ticket, Hotel, Travel expenses

Team Gear and Camp Training costs and Transportation, Food/Hydration
