Help get Jacob back into the community

Hello, my name is Tony and I'm trying to help my nephew, Jacob Schueller, who is a quadraplegic, move out of a nursing home, into a private residence with a full-time health care provider. He is not getting the care he needs at the nursing home due to staff shortages. Due to the unique problems associated with spinal cord injury, something as simple as a pressure sore can become life-threating. The funds are to pay the first month rent, security deposit and moving expenses.
