Help get jager out of pain

I need help no matter how small any amount would be appreciated , jäger my 7 month pup started limping 7 weeks ago after numerous vet trips and so many different medications given it was determined after 12 different X-rays he has a damaged elbow bone that now needs a ct scan and a operation to go into the bone.

 I’m asking for help as my insurance won’t cover it at all and I’ve already spent so much on vet bills and hoped it wouldn’t come to this but here I am , please no bad comments I’m asking as I can’t give up on my puppy and this is his best chance of recovering , I’d like to thank anybody that helps and if you can’t due to the fact we are all struggling due to cost of living I ask you say a prayer for jager that will also be appreciated
