Help Get James To China

Hi, my name is James and I'm fundraising to cover moving and other immigration expenses related to my move to Beijing, China. As some of you may know, 2023 has not been an easy year for me as I was laid off from my job, lost my dog to cancer, and lost my apartment. I have been singularly focused on getting certified to teach abroad and securing this job offer, which I happily accepted a few months ago. I currently teach online classes when I am not driving for Lyft and I find the profession to be very rewarding and I love my students. I have secured a teaching position in Beijing and am currently working 7 days a week, but I just need a little help to get me across the finish line. I am expected to start my job late next month (December, 2023) and will need an initial sum of money when I land in China to get a place to live and all that comes with that. When I get to China, I will have the privilege of teaching middle school-aged and high school-aged students. Please help me get there!
