Help get Jeremiah's ear fixed

My name is Megan Hawkins, I am the mother of this handsome young man I'm trying to raise the money for. My son Jeremiah is 10 years old and autistic. He is an amazing boy and we are trying to raise enough money to get his ear fixed. He was born with this ear deformation and he is getting ready to go into middle school. He has been a target of teasing and bullying. He loves the military and hopes to become part of it one day, he also loves trains and cars.
We have a doctor that will do the procedure but unfortunately the insurance has denined it twiceand we have appealed it but they say "it's not medically necessary". Due to the insurance denial we now have to pre pay before this procedure can be completed. We have notes from a psychologist and his pediatrician saying it needs to be done. We have to raise the money before we can get it done. We are really hoping to have it done by July before he enters middle school.
The money would pay for the operating room, the doctor and the anesthesiologist.
It hurts me so much to think that the insurance company can make this decision but if we raise this money we can move forward and have the procedure done. When he comes home so upset there is nothing I can do at that point but comfort and console him. We would be so thankful if we could raise this money for Jeremiah to have this procedure done so he doesn't come home so upset from school and have more self confidence.
