Help get kids in New York computers!

Hello, my name is Liam Helfrich. I am here to introduce my gofundme campaign. My goal is to raise funds to build four computers for kids and adults in New York City who cannot afford them. Many of us are privileged to have good access to technology, but there are members of our community in New York City who cannot afford to purchase adequate computers. With schools and jobs going online, what are our community members to do? 

Imagine if you could only participate in an online class via your phone or couldn’t join daily meetings because you do not have a fully functional computer. How would that make you feel? If you wouldn’t want that to happen to you, why should it happen to our community members who require our help? What makes us different from them?

That is why I want to raise funds to build computers to donate to those in need.  Together, we can make a difference. I am looking for your help to achieve my goal of building and donating four computers.

I am a student at the Ascention Church. All computers will be going to kids and adults of the Ascension Church (https://ascensionchurchnyc.org/child-faith-formation-religious-education).
