Help get my heart surgery scheduled

Hi my name is Marcella Cruz I usually don't ask for help, but I have a situation that leaves me no choice. I need your help, let me tell you a little about my situation. I've had 4 heart attacks, 2 open heart surgeries, 6 stents, a pacemaker/defibrillator and my mitral valve is mechanical. I've had test done and the results are devastating, my mechanical valve is stuck closed it is no longer working. My cardiologist and my cardiac surgeon have said I need to get this replacement done now or I would not be here by Jan/Feb. Then I received a call from my cardiologist and he said no you have 30/60 days to get this done. Here is my dellima I would be out 12 weeks from work and if I don't work I do not get paid. I can't be out 12 weeks without a paycheck. The rent, light, water, medications, etc will not wait that long without getting paid. So that is my why I come to you to ask for help, so I can get my surgery scheduled as soon as possible. Thank you for your consideration.
