Help get my sick Ferret (Abby) get to a good vet

I'm asking friends and family for your help. My amazing ferret abby is very sick and need to get to a vet very soon. I'm going through financial problems at the moment and cant afford to get her somewhere. Your help would be gratefully appreciated.  I dont want to lose my furry friend she means everything to me.
