Help get our bus running for medical appointments

Hi...For all of you who follow us, you know that KL is having some pretty serious medical issues...both heart and her EDS. We live in a pretty small valley with limited medical facilities and now have to worry about getting to facilities in Denver if something goes wonky.

We did purchase emergency medical flight insurance, but that will only get KL there...not back...and the only way I could get there with our furbabies is take our converted bus up and over the mountains. That way we could stay in a cheaper campground and have the dogs. We can't leave them behind because there is no one here to take care of them.

Unfortunately, the Colorado winter did a bit on our bus. we had to buy 3 new batteries and the air system bags cracked and froze...which means the air system leaks and that system controls the brakes. Leaks mean we can't safely drive and stop. NOT FUN ON MOUNTAIN PASSES.

KL didn't want me to do this, but someone suggested I do...because I'm worried we can't get this thing fixed fast enough and an emergency will happen we aren't prepared for.

Any money in this fund will go towards repairing the bus and getting it road worthy so we have our medical emergency transport vehicle standing by.
