Help get our sweet Frenchie back to health!

Hi, my name is Marissa. My boyfriend and I are seeking help for our first fur baby Dexter. He is a 5 year old French Bulldog and is so sweet and loveable. On June 19th, he was diagnosed suddenly with a herniated disc. Quickly, his condition went downhill, leaving him unable to walk or bear any weight on his own. He requires around the clock care and monitoring to make sure he does not further damage his spinal cord. We started him on medications first to see if that will heal the swelling and inflammation pressing on his spinal cord. So far after two weeks we have seen no progress. With our upcoming follow up appointment the next step is an MRI and surgery on his spine which is said to have over a 90% success rate. In total everything will cost about $9,000. We are not the type to ask for help but figured we would give it a shot. Calling all fur baby lovers - any amount would be so much appreciated. Help us get our baby back to good health! His baby brother misses playing with him!
