Rubee has Diplegia Cerebral Palsy but that doesn’t stop her from being a firecracker. She’s is the sweetest girl, her smile lights up the room. She was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at 18 months old, and she has been thriving ever since. Now she’s 3 and in need of a wheelchair to help her get around, insurance is giving us a hard time about paying for it.
