Help get security against domestic violence

Hello These are only a couple clippings from this but im trying to express the severity of this. My mother, pets, and myself are currently in danger and are looking to raise funds for protection. My brother is actively threatening to and trying to violently hurt us. The police aren't helping us unless someone is harmed, and we need to raise money for a security system. Im only a minor so i cant do much more than ask the internet for help. Im hoping we can get enough, hes threating me and everyone else. He has been arrested three times and let go only hours later because he did not physically hurt us. Our goal is to reach 460 for a well working security system to cover our home. Any help would be appreciated.
