Help get Sy home
Donation protected
Sy is a professional MMA fighter, boxer and kickboxer.
He is always the friendliest guy in the room, a loyal friend and will go out of his way to make you feel good about yourself.
Sy has been living in Thailand chasing his dreams to fight in the UFC one day. What should have been a stepping stone on the way has turned into a devastating, life jeopardising injury.
After a fight in Bangkok Sy was taken to hospital, the doctors found a brain bleed and Sy was operated on immediately, since then Sy has had one more operation and is still in a coma. He realistically shouldn’t have made it through the surgeries, but Sy has a warrior spirit and won’t stop fighting. So we won’t stop fighting for him.
We (His family, friends, coaches and training partners) are asking for any help we can get to bring our boy home, back into the Australian healthcare system. Where we can ensure he is getting the best care he can get.
The 30k target has been set because that is the quote we have been given on a medical transfer home, he would need to be transported with a full medical team of nurses and a doctor, along with some equipment.
Ill update the page regularly for full transparency about exactly what the funds raised are being used for.
Please help out in any way you can small or large to help get our boy home ❤️
