Help get the Greers on the go again

A week ago someone hit are van and totalled it then got out of the car and ran. We have been trying to get the police report to see what we can do. We saved up are money so we could buy are van. We paid $4,600 for the van it was a 2014 Dodge and are kids loved how the windows rolled down and my husband loved it because of the gas mileage and how fast it was lol. My husband just had spinal surgery 3 months ago and he has more surgeries in June. In the last week he has 4 doctor appointment and more this week and are son has sensory issues and has to go to therapy.  His mom has diabetes and dementia and he's the one who takes care of her. No matter how sick he is. He stays strong for me and are 2 boys. He didn't want me to set this up because he doesn't want to take a handout but we're at the point that we don't know what else to do.
