Help Gift Thanksgiving Turkeys to our Neighbors

During the height of the pandemic, the Arab-American Development Corps (AACDC) and the South Kensington Community Partners, (SKCP) distributed free food parcels to 250 families in need at the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Philadelphia. Though food scarcity has lessened in the past year, many of our neighbors are still struggling to put food on the table for their families.

 

With Thanksgiving approaching (and high prices for turkeys approaching with it), we want to lessen the burden for families in South Kensington. Last year, we asked you to help us in raising money to gift Thanksgiving turkeys to 250 families in our community and this year, we are asking you to do the same.

 

We hope you can join us in gifting turkeys to our neighbors to make Thanksgiving a little more easier and a little more special for them and their loved ones.
