Help Gigi see again! Retinal reattachment surgery

I need your help to see again! My name is Gigi and I am a very energetic Border Terrier mix. I have diabetes and recently had cataract surgery on both of my eyes. My vision hasn't returned yet and the doctor told my dad yesterday(5/24/2021) that I will need Retinal reattachment surgery on both eyes SOON.
There is a limited time window on the procedure and they said it needs to be done within the next 30 days or less. If not, I won't be able to see my brothers or my dad again. I'm a very positive dog and very classy lady, but i can't imagine not being able to chase my ball or those pesky squirrels again.
The only Vitreoretinal Surgeons that do this type of surgery are located in Missouri or Virginia. (Not too close to Oklahoma were I am from.)
The $5,000 will be used to pay for the retinal reattachment surgery on both eyes. My dad will be scheduling the procedure in the next couple of days. I know he appreciates anything you could do to help. I know I do. I long to see my dad's face again and my stinky brothers too. You would be my hero for helping us with this need. I love you all to the moon and back.
