Help Gina and Michael Through This Tough Time

This is Gina Hilderbrand, my daughter-in-law. Gina was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018 at the age of 29. She underwent surgery to remove it, and all was well. In January of this year, on a routine check-up, it was found that the cancer came back and now was in her bones and liver.

The medical staff began treating her again, and it was thought that they could keep the cancer at bay for a few years. However, after a few months of treatment, it was found that the cancer has moved into her brain.

This cancer is called Leptomeningeal.

The prognosis is a difficult one and they have a hard fight ahead.

Her husband, Michael, has been by her side every step of the way. This time, it's going to keep him from working and unable to pay bills while he comforts her.
