Help Give Aman and Her Family Stability.

Hello, My name is Elizabeth Maketh and after hearing Aman's testimony of her experiences after bravely escaping the clutches of evil people and making her way back home to her family. I've decided it was time for everyone to hear her story and provide help to this young girl. Not only does her family need resources but to help Aman transition to her new life.
6years ago, in 2016, now 17-year-old Aman Aduot Mayen from Deer Pagol Community was abducted with her little sister Aguil from her parents at gunpoint in her home village Gakyuom in Bor County Jonglei State, South Sudan. Aman was 10 years old and her sister was 2 years old at the time.
6 armed Murlei men came at night around 2:00 A.M while they slept. The attackers started shooting from the window and broke in from the door. Their mother was shot and severely injured with 2 deadly bullets.
The first bullet flew through her right breast entering the chest and exited out her right arm creating broken bones. A second bullet was shot into the back of her head miraculously she was able to survive. However, her two daughters were taken away from her. The girls were first sold to child traffickers in Murlei land but when they attempted to escape Aman's little sister was sold again to a different captor in a further area.
6 years later in 2021 Aman bravely escaped for the second time alone walking days in the wilderness and was able to make it home to her parents but her little sister remains with those same captors.
To help Aman transition into normal life. I’m asking for generous donors to contribute whatever they can to help take this young child for medical checkups and return her to classes and help her family. Her mother hasn’t gotten proper treatment for the injuries she sustained when her children were forcefully taken from her.
Any amount will greatly help. If you cannot donate, please share her story and support her by sharing this post. The more people aware of this story can bring us one step closer to fighting child trafficking.
Thank you so so much for reading her story
