Help Give Cincy a Peaceful Farewell

Hi, my name is Mike G and this is my 16-year-old cat, Cincy. He is having all types of health issues like going blind and deaf, not eating, and having trouble using the litter box. He has lost so much weight that you can see his ribs and hips.

I can no longer watch him suffer and have come to the conclusion it is time to give him his much deserved release from his suffering. I am asking for help to cover his funeral costs and cremation cost, nothing more. He is a big part of my life and I am sad to have to do this, but it is for the best. I cannot stand to see my long-time companion suffer any more.
